EDITORIAL STANDARDS
Our analysis cannot be bought.
Career Risk Lab's usefulness depends on separating evidence from influence, and analysis from certainty.
Independence
Organisations being assessed cannot pay to alter, suppress or improve a conclusion.
Evidence before assertion
We seek the strongest relevant evidence available and avoid precise claims that the evidence cannot support.
Data and analysis are different
CRL interpretations are labelled as analysis. A plausible interpretation is not presented as an observed fact.
Uncertainty is reported
UNKNOWN is a valid conclusion. We do not manufacture confidence to make a page feel complete.
Dates matter
Material assessments carry an evidence date because technology, hiring, regulation and training routes change.
Corrections
Material factual errors should be corrected transparently. See Corrections & updates.
Commercial separation
Future commercial relationships must not determine editorial conclusions. Products support the research programme; they do not purchase favourable findings.
